The Long Polyp Green Toadstool is a very popular beginner coral.

It is a soft coral with long polyps attached to a round disk and is part of the sarcophyton family and usually comes in various colours of brown and beige.

This one, however, it glows green under fluorescence light.

Frags of this coral have been growing under LED lights for a while

It can tolerate lower lighting, and moderate flow is advised to maintain optimum health, the flow is important because it will keep detritus from settling on them and to allow them to shed occasionally.

In addition to this, it will also require the correct levels of Calcium, Alkalinity, and Magnesium along with various other trace elements found in natural seawater.

Additional feeding isn't required to maintain its health, as they get the majority of their food from photosynthesis.
